After leaving Mountain Biking heaven in his hometown of Bellingham, Washington, Skye found his way to Napa and joined wine industry cellar ranks at Mondavi Winery. Soon after, in the early 2000’s, Skye relocated to Truckee and began a career in construction/project management for East West Partners as they developed the Village at Northstar. 

Skye is multifaceted in the workspace and soon found himself starting his own small business, where he created a business built on pride in ownership and supporting local businesses and families.

In addition, Skye rides his bike to work, to the ride, and exemplifies the TDU manifesto to the “T”. He spends his free time with his three boys and wife and can be seen raking Jackass Trail from top-to-bottom with his three boys who are active Junior Trail Force members.

Skye brings his construction/project management experience to the TDU table heading up TDU’s efforts on Jackass Ridge. He hopes to create reason in the tangled web of trails in the Truckee area with diplomacy, courage, collaboration and follow-through—all on a volunteer’s wage of nil.
