EVENT PROSPECTUS

Loam Masters Rally is a Truckee community stewardship celebration, ALL ARE WELCOME, taking place as a two-day forested adventure beginning Friday, May 29 with a Dig Day & Apres Party at Start Haus followed by the main community event on Saturday, May 30 beginning with a rad timed Le Mans start Hot Lap up to and then down Jackass Trail. The Hot Lap will be followed by two SOCIAL GROUP RIDES on the hour 10 am and 11 am led by rad community members. Then a finish line FREE COMMUNITY BBQ social hour beginning at 12:30 pm under the forest canopy with deejay music, FREE BBQ and refreshments supported by the Truckee Core Values Fund, Alpenglow Winter Speaker Series and the Donor Party.

Sweet prize awards will be given out during the BBQ to top *Qualified Hot Lap times and to the legends with the most stylie hang time airs off the lower Hollywood Booter, to be judged by TDU core lords. *Shenanigans will be required to qualify and will be defined the day-of-event at the pre-race briefing.
 

SCHEDULE –––

👉 Friday, May 29 – Dig Day + Party at Start Haus bike shop.

• 1 pm meet-up at the Donkey Town bathrooms to sign wavers and to discuss Dig Day workflow. Apres social and Deejay party at Start Haus bike shop.

👉 Saturday, May 30 – Loam Masters Rally Stewardship Celebration, FREE BBQ, Social

• Please park vehicles nearby on Highway 89 and ride in or walk to event HQ located near the bathrooms on the 01 Fire Road.

• 8 am show-up, get number at HQ near bathrooms. See location

• 10 am Hot Lap start. See course

• Timed Event limited to 100 participants.

• Party Laps at 10 am and 11 pm are open to everyone with wheels. 

• Community BBQ at 12:30 pm near bathrooms. See location

• Deejay Music and general awesome community vibes supporting the Truckee Community Stewardship Initiative. 

At 12:30 pm there will be a free community BBQ followed by a live dj music set. Please pick up a meal ticket at registration (donation recommended). Limited to event participants while supplies last.

Hot Lap Categories and Air Style winners awarded with sweet Product Prizes from Leatt, Pit Viper, Patagonia MTB, Ibis Bikes, and more as the prize cache continues to grow.

Party Laps - Come ride with TDU going off on the hour (10 am, 11 am) led by TDU guests of honor right after the Hot Lap Rally. This is where the fun begins for all registered party lap show-and-go-riders. Stories will stoke your spirit, the berms, mini-airs and moon-dust will burn your smile on.

This is an all ages event seeking to celebrate the Truckee Community Stewardship Initiative, supporting partners and volunteers. Please come self supported with a positive helpful attitude, nutrition, clothing layers, sunscreen. Be prepared for daily weather conditions in the mountains.
